Job training is minimal and other coworkers can cause job to be difficult. Not a fair or equal employer.

Love my job
Love my job, it feels rewarding. They appreciate all I do and more. I go above and beyond. I rarely turn away work. You can become attached to some of the elderly. Very thankful.

Flexability, life and work balance
You are your own boss, you report to no one, and you can make your own schedule. You don't have to punch in, if you are late just stay later , and you don't have to worry about missing a day you can just rescedule.jjusstaylater

Wonderful place to work
I had an amazing experience working there . I met a lot of really great people and my supervisors taught me many new things . Had I not moved I'd still be there today it's an all around great company to work for .
