The mission and the services offered to clients are present but the dictation from the higher ups is difficult to deal with, especially in middle management. A lot of blame when mistakes are made instead of offering support to staff. So much potential if the right people are making the decisions. Having said that, there are tons of training opportunities and fun activities that go on.
The job has a variety of opportunities to learn and expand professional development. I have been given many opportunities to explore ideas that I have in making my employment experience a positive one.
Upper management, with the permission of the CEO, treats their staff terribly. You are micro managed, disrespected and paid poorly. You are not allowed independent thought. The burn out rate as well as the turn over rate is high.
