Enjoyed helping families and children
Written by AREA SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) from Mississippi on January 11, 2019
The workload was too much for one person to do quality work and make a difference for families. Pay was minimal compared to other companies and therefore turn over rate was high.

Someone had to help the children and families in poverty and abuse situations.
Pros
