Good benefits, but you can loose them at anytime if you drop under 32 billable hours. Which is difficult when their "quality control" rejects your paperwork and you are not paid for the hours you work.

Enhanced and consistant training. A better working environment between the billing department and the providers. There is a lack of respect from management towards the CPSS, CBRS, and the Case Managment providers. The Caldwell office staff meetings are unproductive, the Manager is consistantly late and lack content.

You are able to set your own working hours. Meeting the paperwork requirements for your pay is very difficult but can be done with adequate organization, but do not expect training or support in this area. Case load is adequate to work 30 billable hours a week. Healthcare is based on production and can be stripped away at any time productions drops.
