As Care Coordinator for HAH SNP program, I would provide telephonic case management services. Management showed disorganization and overall low morale. Pros: Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and working from home.

If you love a company with midwestern culture and values then you will like working there. I prefer a a more west coast work team style, personally. Humana was friendly enough - although there are a few too many mean girl cliques for my taste.
The processes were logical and infrastructure seemed sound. The business itself was stable. There was - more ... always work to do. I never worried about getting paid. They set me up with all I needed for a virtual office. - less
