Care Coordinator in Fairfax, VA

As Care Coordinator for HAH SNP program, I would provide telephonic case management services. Management showed disorganization and overall low morale. Pros: Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and working from home.
Licensed Agent in Remote

The company has a lot of positives. There are many programs available to encourage health, community and inclusiveness. The pay is decent and the commission structure is pretty good. The job itself is very stressful. You will be selling not just Medicare plans but also individual dental and vision plans. You will receive Brokerage calls on top of your regular Medicare and dental/vision calls. You will be on Outbound projects. There is no script but there are many required disclosures and pieces of information that you must present. You will be very micromanaged. This is a high pressure sales position. Even on customer service calls there is “no such thing” as a customer service call. Every call is a sales call. While this is not a negative approach, the micromanagement is intensified. Your schedule and call type are based on multiple factors so unless you are top sales don’t expect the schedule you want. Hard to have work/life balance here.
Customer Service Representative/Call Center in De Pere, WI

Good experience until they outsourced the majority of their customer service to Manila. Leaving their long time loyal employees high and dry with no warning.

Pay needs to be better no room for growth and if you live in phoenix 17.00 is not enough a month. Management was great but even they said there no from for growth.
