It is a very stressful job. I made it through training feeling confident and ready to go but now I am so overwhelmed. I have a lot of anxiety and this job intensifies it so much. Customers are often angry and upset and as a sensitive person I struggle with this. If you are someone who also struggles with mental health I would consider finding a job better suited for you because I am struggling.

I have enjoyed working at Humana they really seem to care about their associates. The managers have all been supportive of growth even if that means you moving on to another role or department. It is a production environment and metrics have to be met.

Overall it is a good company. The process seems a bit much and should be simplified for advocates to do their jobs efficiently. Expectations are really high for beginners and that causes a lot of anxiety among new associates.
