  • The upper level managers are micro managers that expect perfection constantly. They need to learn to remember that there is not one person that is perfect and errors do occur.

  • Give out Raises

  • If I was in charged, I would make it a better experience, not on for the members, but for the workers. I would train the trainers a lot better so they can train the workers better. A 5 week training class is not enough to learn the essentials

  • Make sure the associates would keep a positive attitude.

  • Less meetings to allow more time for actual work.

  • I would reach out to Care Manager more for the purpose of advancement in their carreers/discussion within the company based education and expertise.

  • Listen to the employees and not go on a power trip. Also treat everyone equally, favoritism was at an all time high
