  • Don't blame your daily tech issues on pharm techs. Get rid of your lieing ,powerstricken, rascist discriminating favortism showing disrespectful supervisors and no helping HR with their supervisor butt sucking. Bc neither care about the employees they just try to fake like they do and hire you knowing they'll only keep you as a 90 day temp but don't tell you its temporary and use their system issue as a lie to fire you bc they can lie. Its a right to work state f your lively hood the chew you up and spit u out with 2 week training and horrible mean trainers.

  • Perhaps lighten up on the metrics. It may have been the power was in the wrong hands but monitoring a mouse not being clicked for four minutes was really a waste of time. I’m hearing stories now of PTO ( paid time off) being taken away for bathroom breaks. That’s going a little extreme. I know time can be taken advantage of by employees such as long breaks or possibly a habitual person showing up late everyday but penalties for bathroom breaks seems to be crossing the line. I saw many a smoke break go without even being counted against anyone. Almost as if a smoke habit can be justified. Humana has great training and the Vitality program in really inspiring. Focus on the quality of the persons work and work ethics as a whole.

  • Humana needs to be aware of the hiring practices within the market. The managers are not qualified for the position in which they are hired.

  • Learn what a CRM is and invest in implications to provide better experiences for callers and associates. All major compaies that function on high levels of customer service in the 2000s use current software and invest in employee feedback as their #1 plan for success.

  • The hospital is not the problem. The problem in any hospital is management. The ones hire the employees is not capable or do not have the preparation for the position . That happened in all corporation: friendship, favoritisms, family and a very, very poor management. They do not care about human being is just MONEY

  • Humana Government will not heard any suggestions, so it's a waisted of time to even suggest anything. A awful group to work for.

  • Help team members who want to move up in the company. If you voice you want to move up nothing ever gets done. They could give you more tasks to do that would help you excel in a new role if you applied.

    Have FLL’s actually do work. The FLL’s in item entry basically do nothing all day besides talk amoungest themselves or surf the internet buying stuff. They should be responsible for working in the queues too, same as TL’s. If you make a process suggestion nothing ever gets done or implimented which is really annoying.

  • Have Front leaders and Team leads really work instead of just talking all day to each other not doing work

  • Give us back our salary Please!!
