There’s a lot of favoritism.
I worked for this company for a total of 6 days. Within my time working here I realized the workload is unbalanced. The recruiters lie to you and say that they have “working managers” but the mangers dont do anything at all actually. My specific supervisor (josue) has family working there and didn’t have an issue giving them the easier workloads. He’d - more... team them up together and literally give the the lesser workloads. If you thought teams would get more of a workload you’re definitely mistaken.
