Haha, we’ll see if it lasts. Peter Hunt was remarkable and noteworthy in his Understanding and visualization of the future for real estate. His son now has taken over and people are fleeing like the bubonic plague. I was warned on my first day to have a “5 year out plan for when the ownership was transferred to the son” - they all did and most left when he took over.
