Fun and flexible environment with a lot of experienced professionals who are passionate about their business

What is the best part of working at the company? Friendly atmosphere. Fast-paced which I really enjoy. Always something to learn! What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with unrealistic expectations and upset clients. Also, dealing with tight deadlines or when you encounter unexpected issues What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Fun and inclusive. Welcoming and helpful. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Work through emails, calls, review and prepare for appointments. Check in on existing deals and follow up with clients

Loved my branch manager, she was phenomenal!
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Former Employee) - Amherst, NY - February 4, 2021
You really need to know a lot of people in the community to start off. You are your own boss and you truly need to be self motivated and a self starter. If you’re shy, this job may not be for you as you need to be assertive to get the leads. Weekends are your busiest times.
Pros
Free weekly lunches
Cons
No benefits

If you can't make it here...maybe RE isn't for you
Realtor (Current Employee) - Scottsdale, AZ - February 1, 2021
Having a strong familiarity with how other brokers work, this place is amazing. First, I have found the managers and brokers very responsive if I need help. The tools, leads and training are free (really) and their are no brokerage fees. I feel like part of the family, no matter which office I am at. I won't be going anywhere...
Pros
Free leads, crazy amount of tools and resources and supportive management
Cons
None so far

Good company that offers a wide variety of training
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for State (Former Employee) - Fort Drum, NY - February 20, 2020
Hunt is a good company however like any Real Estate company there is a lot of competition and a lot of agents. There were not very many management positions available and we were in a smaller office in the Watertown area so were were not always included with the rest of the Hunt Team but overall it was a good experience.

this was a real estate career
PT Sales Agent/Refferal (Former Employee) - Webster, NY - September 14, 2019
Hunt ERA was a PT career for referrals that I did on a flexible schedule to earn xtra income . I had to share my commissions with an actual real Estate agent

Raising the bar in Real Estate
Licensed real estate salesperson (Current Employee) - Glendale, AZ - August 15, 2019
Many new agents are just thrown out there to sink or swim. At HUNT I felt respected and valued right away. My mentor is amazing and my broker is responsive. I like it that they are the largest and most successful ERA franchise in the company. Lot of resources and tools. Best of all they don't charge any monthly fees.

"Family" atmosphere with goal for everyone to succeed
Commercial/Residential Account Executive (Current Employee) - Manlius, NY - August 22, 2018
My days would typically start at the office, or heading straight into the field for appointments/prospecting. Many of my co-workers had different marketing strategies, but I saw success and a great value in cold calling and the "face to face" efforts. Management was exceptional, and I could count on them 100% for everything. The office was totally professional, but also gave it a personal touch my acknowledging accomplishments, birthdays, everything!! They never lost sight of the fact that we are human, or that family always comes first. A commissioned sales job was designed for someone like myself; working unsupervised and structuring my own schedule.
Pros
Your own boss, but unlimited support.
Cons
Position not designed for someone who has difficulty with budgeting money or self motivation.

Not a productivve work environment
REALTOR (Former Employee) - Glendale, AZ - July 17, 2018
The office manager was more concerned with her sales and listings than with managing the office. She constantly missed appointments that she set up and would ignore complaints that the agents had about other agents and their ethics.
