Have your LOWER branch staff (ie, tellers & BRBs) evaluate their management & district management. Then LISTEN to them.
Management is corrupt, but as long as the lower staff is producing & the branch numbers are being met, it doesn't matter. Bullying, breech of policy & manipulation happen on a daily basis.

3 weeks. No electronic deposit to any other banks or credit unions... you'll need to open a Huntington account. Otherwise you can have a check send to your home ... But it will arrive up to 4 days after payday.

Still employed here, but looking elsewhere. The cronyism at this bank is unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life. The region manager of Cleveland Southwest has his handpicked favorites, and those few are above the rules. The rest of us are basically treated as disposable entities. If upper management had the backbone to stand behind their "corporate pillars of integrity" then he and all his corporate bully managers should be released. The cronyism is SO BLATANT that is really is disgusting to witness.
My best advice RUN to any other bank besides this one. Absolute garbage is what Cleveland management equates to. He's a short man, with a big ego and ZERO people skills. How he EVER got into that position really is a wonder.
