Still employed here, but looking elsewhere. The cronyism at this bank is unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life. The region manager of Cleveland Southwest has his handpicked favorites, and those few are above the rules. The rest of us are basically treated as disposable entities. If upper management had the backbone to stand behind their "corporate pillars of integrity" then he and all his corporate bully managers should be released. The cronyism is SO BLATANT that is really is disgusting to witness.
My best advice RUN to any other bank besides this one. Absolute garbage is what Cleveland management equates to. He's a short man, with a big ego and ZERO people skills. How he EVER got into that position really is a wonder.
Still working, but due to a management change which favors offshore outsourcing or hourly staffing services, my IT team will more than likely be given our walking papers very soon in 2018.
I had a new better paying job.
