Rewarding

Helping the patients is very rewarding. Coworkers were nice. Pay was horrible for RN’s. The second shift head counselor was amazing and always made nursing feel like they were a part of the team. I would recommend this facility for care and for employment. The employees care for the patients best interest.

Bad management

Horrible company! Training is non existence . They will throw you in to see clients right away without even showing you how to do the notes. Stay away !

CEO has no clue what needs done

If your not in recovery you don’t matter to anyone working there. They don’t watch the adolescent and they destroy anything and everything. Counselors are not accountable for anything.

Negative environment

Not a beneficial place to send your child!!! Zero structure, children do as they please and run the adolescent facility. Any staff who wants to implement structure on these children are gotten rid of, if you don’t go with the flow, bye bye. If you file a complaint on another staff member for not implementing structure, bye bye. It’s easier to get rid of the one filing the complaint then the brunt ...

Horrible place to work.

Unless you are in recovery this is not the place for you. Bosses and employees are not accepting of employees that are not in recovery. Coworkers are very two faced and this causes a tense workplace.
