Insecurity in management because of internal promotional system. It is rare to find anyone in management with outside management experience. Nothing can be said in confidence constructive or destructive. With over twenty years inside direct and/or contract I never really knew what was in your records. Gossip is always an underlying influence in daily decisions. Direct question do NOT get direct answers. Answers always come with nonessential and sometimes none related information that only seem to create a false sense of worth in the giver. This is NOT a sweatshop but direct employees attitude plays a direct role in your serviceability. Management only reinforces what the directs perceive right or wrong. Too many weak members in management and leads from internal promotions from longevity or governmental regulations.
