Dear God, Jim Roth,the CEO must be an AWAKENED individual and so are his employees. My advice, keep doing what you're doing Jim. I don't think employment gets much better than this.

I would inform the CEO that departments must come together much more often. For example, IT can make a decision that has lots of fallout in HRIS or Healthcare practice. The fallout cleanup creates lots of stress and the stress is directed towards analyst/associates/managers. Directors seem to skate free even when decisions are made by them in part.
