Good coworkers
Management most of the time only brings up negativity and not positivity. Coworkers act as a team on getting work done in a timely manner. Coworkers make work fun. I'm having to drive 50 miles round trip to work and it's costing me a lot of money driving back and forth.

Challenging but rewarding
The job can be challenging at times since you're working against a schedule, and there is no air conditioning on the shop floor. OT sometimes, up to 50 hrs a week. Mostly 40-45. Most jobs are physically demanding with lots of lifting. Lazy people don't seem to last long. Short staffed at times like everywhere right now. Pay is decent, especially for a small town. Soul sucking.
What a sad, dismal and depressing place. Everyone i saw had a "this place has sucked the life and soul out of me" look. Too many managers. Pay sucks for the amount of labor involved. There are other companies paying much more if you're looking for a manufacturing job. Good luck but you should look elsewhere.
