I've been working for the State for 20 yrs. love every minute of it, wouldn't trade for no other job. The Individuals I serve are the best ever, love them like family. To see a smile on their face is a smile on mine. I plan on being there another 15 to 20 yrs.God Bless

Caring for the individuals is the best part of the day. Dealing with management is difficult, if you are not a favorite you will get no where. They don't want honest people, they want hush people.

Good company needs better pay

Just a few things they have to change to make the company better working overtime you should get it right away not have to wait weeks to get it ..Pay increase is little to nothing but at least you get one but it will max out
