They give the housekeepers too many rooms to complete within 8 hours OVERWHELMING expect more rooms when short handed supervisors very lazy Very Hard Labor Little Pay! #Drainful
Caustic enviroment........you are under the ceiling bubble and the assistent manager is monitoring it from his house and Office at all times......schedule apt to change from week to
weekend depending on vacations and sick outs.......short staffed always to keep the budget down........
Dreadful, what a total dissappointment. You are misled with the job description. The trainer had no respect for the employees, employees were spoken to in a manner that was unprofessional and degrading. Amazing that Hyatt allows this to happen with their high standards regarding their properties. This is partially why their turnover rate is so high, treating educated, experienced individuals like that they will not retain quality employees. HR needs to revamp middle management badly, you cannot insult and degrade employees without facing legal action at some point and losing respect. Not what would of been expected from "Hyatt" at all.
I felt really exciting about going to work.

That depended on which member of the management was working each day. Some days were pleasant, others, on edge, walking on eggshells.
