Dreadful, what a total dissappointment. You are misled with the job description. The trainer had no respect for the employees, employees were spoken to in a manner that was unprofessional and degrading. Amazing that Hyatt allows this to happen with their high standards regarding their properties. This is partially why their turnover rate is so high, treating educated, experienced individuals like that they will not retain quality employees. HR needs to revamp middle management badly, you cannot insult and degrade employees without facing legal action at some point and losing respect. Not what would of been expected from "Hyatt" at all.

I cried almost everyday I went to work. The hotel had recently aquired new owners and the people are great for the most part. But, if I'm not trained properly by someone who speaks my language, knowing what's expected of me is hard! I was hoping to get a full time position offered to me but, I didn't stand a chance. I had too much ambition going into the job.
