Lots of amazing talented people
A typical day would be to arrive to find the parts needed to continue a job have not yet arrived or not ordered yet. When parts do arrive we have to work at brisk pace to accomplish due dates.
I learned hands on hydraulic systems and their applications along with a great deal of brand name differences for their components.
Management has rotated - more ... quite a bit and has been up and down. Not hard to get along with but hard to follow.
