Koreans are treated above American workers, it's very very very hot, the Supervisors can barely speak English very hard to communicate with them, when work is slow they want you to sweep the floor, and expect you to find work to do when there is nothing to do. This company doesn't care about your tenure when your on probation they basically treat you - more... like a temp when your full time. The benefits are amazing that's really the only reason that a lot of workers are staying.
