i have learned many things like being patient and paying attention to everything, managing and coordinating my time and the requiters time, the hardest part was the back ground checking its so hard to do it specially if there is many forms need to be uploaded, and the enjoyable part was my team member they are full of fun and joy laughing smiling all the time even though we are having a hard time.
every end of month having a group lunch each member bring one kind of food
