Need to give their employees raises
the salary for an IBM sbt is way lower than any company in the market, theres alot of work and not enough pay. Work hours are good , vacation and benefits are good but management is pretty poor.

Good place to work if you are on right team
I like my job and the team I am on is great. The conpany tends to be a little grandious when sometimes a simple answer will do. Secret To sucess at IBM is to take initiative.

everyone was treated equal, and fair. We all were family
working for the company was great. I learned a lot of things i didn't know. Even when my time working there was up they gave me a extention. The Supervisor was nice anything i had a weakness on they made sure i was able to get training on. Anytime u had a issue and needed to take time off it was never a problem. During very bad snow storms or just bad weather they were very concerned and would allow u and other to leave to get home safely to your families. Hardest part of the job which there really was not anything that hard, the enjoyable part was just feeling as u were apart of the company and being able to have great people u could depend on at any given time no matter what the circumstances were and just them realizing that we are a team that works together. Management was okay not to much complaining about anything. Things I learned was that there was other things u could learn at IBM besides the job u were hired for and people were very eager to show u new things if u were willing to learn.

One of the best companies I’ve worked for
I was contracted to work with IBM and it was overall the best experience I’ve had. Great people and great work environment. If i could go back i definitely would.
