Reviews for Engineer in IBM
Good
Engineer (Former Employee) - California - September 18, 2023
I've had the privilege of working with IBM for several years now, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience. IBM is a company that has a longstanding reputation for innovation and reliability, and my time here has only solidified that perception.

Could use more support at higher levels
Engineer (Former Employee) - Seattle, WA - September 10, 2023
The work culture is very team dependent, Overall culture can be slow in some places but fast paced in others. Managers can use leadership training in order to evoke motivation and growth in team members

High technical requirements, below average salary
Advisory Engineer (Former Employee) - Essex Junction, VT - July 19, 2023
My salary was below average for the industry. Many long days during busy months, but also relaxed hours during less busy times. Most first-line managers lack technical skills and simply report status up the chain. Seems like there was a layoff every 18 months.
Pros
Most other engineers I work with are great
Cons
No longer a growth company.
