Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  IllinoisFebruary 20, 2018
Headquarters in another state and what they call management is not qualified company going through many changes and uses their inconsistencies on their employees. Previous bankruptcies and company closing leaving some customers in the dark.

If you're used to working in a professional atmosphere this is a mom and pop type of place set in their ways very difficult somewhat of a revolving door effect.
Cons
Consider your current job before making this change.

Plant shut down! High turnover rate and costly mistakes made. I wish the new owners the best. May they take this company to new heights.

Important Experience
Product Sales Manager (Current Employee) –  Bronx, NYNovember 23, 2015
I received a great deal of industry experience at IAC, despite the company's lag in technology and development. IAC is a legacy company, burdened by its past successes. Formerly the industry leader, IAC was impaired by management turnover. My coworkers were excellent, experience professionals, but the company suffered from a lack of leadership.
Pros
Great industry experience.
Cons
Poor management.
