managemaent wasn't the best because the whole department knew your business after any personal conversations with management. management barely cares for individual or staff. you can barely advance to higher position unless you are a favorite. i really enjoyed the individuals- they taught me as i taught them.

If you ever thought about working for a place where you are underpaid and under compensated, then IAG is the place for you. securely nestled between Drama Island and Prejudice Boulevard, this quaint little suburb will send you home every evening with a sense of dread for the next work day. Management is unorganized, policies and procedures for standard of care change at the whim of the director, and they are always trying to pay you the least amount possible while working you 80+ hours a week. They will even micromanage the smallest aspects of your life (one co worker keeps getting reprimanded for wearing shorts even though the dress code allows for them) and expect you to bring food for everyone if it isn't leftovers or a sandwich. I remember hearing about our CEO wanting to fire a staff because he was a male with long hair and didn't "represent the company in an appropriate light," let alone the rumor game the CEO plays to pit manager against manager. the only nice thing about this place is that there is a greater flexibility with your work schedule, working 1st, 2nds,, and/or thirds; but the downside to that is sometimes you are working all three shifts whether you like it or not. they take the "work until you drop" motto to heart, and then cast you out when you finally say you've had enough. *small shout out to some of the lower management who help encourage staff, you are appreciated, but things need to change as a whole for things to get better.

The owners have this small batch of employees stuck in lala land about where the companies headed, and these poor people work their butt off because of it.
