We got a raise once a year company wise and if your supervisor thought necessary, you would get one during the year as well.

The call center was very focused on phone coverage, making sure the calls were answered. The branch was very focused on making sure that the customer was happy, at the cost of the rules and the safety of the representative.

I was hired into the call center, through a temp agency. I interviewed with the agency, then the call center manager. Then, when I transferred into the branch, I was interviewed by the branch manager.
