Inventory Analyst - Genuine Parts Company (Former Employee) – Marietta, GA – August 21, 2018
IBS is a great inter-department of GPC but still under the GPC umbrella as far as rules/regulations. Since the end user it can limit some progress but not enough to deter anyone from applying. The office culture is very stable, sincere and with minimum incident.
Teaching Assistant/Instructor (Former Employee) – Auburn, AL, USA – February 23, 2018
Working days from Monday to Fridays, some times Saturdays as research follow up. Typical day start at 8:00 AM spending one hour to prepare my teaching course for the day, go to the class room and deliver, with satisfaction presence from me and my students, I can allow some fun moments to make it easy for the students. I feel very comfortable teaching in this institute, my co-worker are very respectable and helpful, with diversity faculty and students we learn a lot from each other. the hardest part of the job is when I find one of my students have a problem and I can not solve it as it can be non academic one also when I see that my students do not get the maximum benefit from the class room. The happy time is when the students pass their exams with A+. I'm good with managing my time and always ready for the last minute task or responsibility.
flexability in teaching schedule for conferences and workshop travel
some times, not enough communications, between deffirent colleges
IBS was an excellent Consulting organization. They were extremely positive and encouraging. It had great managers that were more than fair about its support, even during benchtime. Unfortunately it was a small organization , and was unable to maintain its relationship with its major client.
Consultant/Contractor (Former Employee) – Oak Brook, IL – March 15, 2017
Lot of opportunity to work for several clients. EventMetric is collecting location-based big data at huge events and providing that information its customers. At college football bowl games and auto trade shows, they're collecting data from tens of thousands of devices pinging every few minutes - that's no joke. IBS was able to improve EventMetric's process in a way competitors could not, automating the data extraction and allowing them to view the data in real-time

Recruited, screened and reported to IBS but worked as a subcontractor. IBS always inquired about working conditions but really didn't have control of work environment (they could only really make suggestions to Employer or pull contractors).
Worked hard to make Employees comfortable and happy.
After first year upon resigning new contract, the Contractor could sign for a year and end contract early.

Short term contract, so not much of significance accomplished. Had some challanging problem solving and production support. Also assisted in the conversion by interpreting jobs running in current system.
Very knoledgable staff
negative impact on mainframe staff of upcoming transition

starting the designing and managing the tools and equipments required for work ,then have a meeting twice in a week ,hardest part logically not find any hardest part of work but as far as an environmental factor like taking permission from baldiya (city security police) ,and from the owner of the Jawazat police is the most time consuming and hardest part
