Like any healthcare organization with multiple locations, the environment and culture vary by care center, job role and work team. Each care center has its own vibe and its own atmosphere as does the corporate office. Some of those cultures vary be the city or town they are in, the types of residents they care for and the history of the center. iCare has a reputation for taking care of challenging cases whether they are medically complex, socially complex, requires behavioral health services, substance use treatment and more. But our team takes great pride in being capable and willing to take care of these residents. When the time comes to pull together, to celebrate eachother, to do the right thing, each care center pulls together as a team and a family. That's the culture.

We concur with the answer provided. Skilled nursing care centers are busy places and can be a demanding work environment. Residents rely on staff for 24/7, personalized care and are as diverse in their needs as can be. iCare specializes in caring for challenging and unique populations of residents. Things change quickly and the pace is quick as well.
