Help Desk Analyst (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – February 11, 2019
Icon has helped me for the past 6 years finding me jobs. At times they are quick to help me find a new company to work for. This past yeah (2018) it took them close to 6 months to find me a job placement.
Help Desk Analyst (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – January 2, 2019
Great company has great clients and rapport with both internal and external customers. ICON will place you with a company nearest your home location as well as ensuring you are a good fit for the client vice versa. Paid weekly. A typical work week is generally 9-5 off weekends.
Planning Team - IP Technician II (Former Employee) – Broomfield, CO – June 18, 2018
The company was able to match my skill sets with a major telecommunications company. I will caution to verify if the term limited positions have contract to hire potential. I was impressed with an ICON Vice President periodically checking on status and management interfacing with the customer.
Locating a good skill match with the customer's company
Ensure the wording from the end customer on contract to hire opportunities.
Sr. Project Manager and Change Coordinator (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – May 13, 2018
I had a very good experience working for ICON at Bank of America and would not hesitate to accept another contract opportunity to work there. Communications and processes were exceptionally well organized.
I learned more in depth about the full cycle recruiting process. I was exposed to more than just screening/sourcing. There were times when your colleagues were not truly happy for your successes, especially coming into a new industry as a rookie and outperforming on the matrices.
Part-time / on-call SQL server DBA (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – March 1, 2018
Troubleshoot and re-install MS Windos Cluster and SQL Server Cluster which had one node crashed. They wanted to see if the cause was possible to find and also they had me on-call for weeks until they felt comfortable with the cluster.
Sr. Systems Engineer (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – August 23, 2017
A great company to work for. Very well managed and organized. Clear reporting structure. 401k and other benefits are available to contractors. Excellent contractor and client relationships and communications.
This was a great contractor company for the most part. I worked with them for at least a year and months and I loved the pay and the little communication I needed to have with the company. 1 con was that the pay wasn't able to be increased even though the job title changed.
i learned in my job career that patience and hard working is very very much important. our daily office work is almost same which is according to my job nature. management is very good and strong. there are so many incidents which are memorable and funny which are consist on lunch parties and dinner parties. etc
