It was a job you just go to work and get paid at.There was. No place for advancement. The environment was very dusty and dirty.I work with heavy machinery unloading and loading heavy pieces.

the real production factory
Technician (Current Employee) –  East Brunswick, NJMarch 26, 2015
standard working day , sometimes overtime ( payable ) .
and again its the real production area , real equipment ( i believe the best shoring design ) , discipline . \
you can learn a lot : from driving a forklift to design of shoring .(and the company encourage your wish to learn more , even CDL category )
nice team ( Spanish mainly ) , working hard .
the most enjoyable : you produce a real and well-done equipment , not the discount for sale .

productice outside work
Yardman (Former Employee) –  East Brunswick, NJOctober 27, 2014
A typical day at work included assembling shoring equipment for construction sites, operating power tools, loading and unloading flatbeds, general labor, and sometimes welding damaged equipment from construction sites. I learned how to operate different kinds of machinery including a 15k lb heavy duty forklift. My supervisors were friendly and willing to teach as long as the employee was willing to learn. My co workers were helpful and courteous along the learning process. The hardest part of the job was working outdoors using machinery provided in all weather. The most enjoyable part of the job was the weekly pay and operating the equipment.
Pros
long lunches and weekly pay
Cons
working outdoors with machinery provided
