Extremely repetitive with difficult co-workers

The management, the chefs, and the guests you serve at Icon Hospitality are all fantastic people. However, the other servers are some of the most stuck-up people I have ever met. It's like management took every rude person from every town in New Jersey and stuck them all in one place. If you feel like you can get through that, this place is great for something on the weekends, definitely not a full-time career because you would pull your hair out. It's the same routine over and over for every event, the only thing that changes is the food items presented to guests. I'd say besides the co-workers, the hardest part about this job is just to make sure you don't spill anything on anyone since it is a serving job. Also, make sure that you are always on-guard when talking to guests, because if you slip up, the guest WILL complain. The people that come here have more money than they know what to do with, and they would rather be thrown out yelling then bear to hear something they don't want to. The most enjoyable part of this job, ironically, is some of the people that you get to meet, and you can get a ridiculous amount of free food while you're working.
