Great Products, Bad Micromanagement
Sr. Systems Consultant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYDecember 12, 2012
The company is full of great people, and great employees, but a top-down, hierarchal structure is initiated from the CEO and is felt by everyone else. Pros
good work/life balance, good co-workers
Cons
bad micro-management, bad vision insurance, ny office lacks hands-on feel from hq
