Productive yet no direction

Management lacks clear visions and goals. They also lack communication for staff, especially office managers. They are productive with numbers, however, they do drill said numbers into staffs heads. No job security and minimal to no job advancement. Micromanage.

Don't waste your time working here!

This job has ZERO work, life, balance. They don't care how you get things done as long as it gets done. They will keep a full schedule when short staffed and expect you to run the show by yourself as a Dental Assistant. Don't even think about a lunch break..they do not care if you have a lunch break or not. Only thing they worry about is their production! I could keep going and going about bad things to say about this place. Crazy thing is that they will cut your hours as well when they suddenly decide to close the office for whatever reasons and expect you to travel to other offices whenever is convenient for them. Asking for Time off is a nightmare as well. They make you feel guilty about taking time off. I would not waste my time here if I was you. I have nightmares about this place.

Rollover is crazy here

There is a reason that nobody stays here. They cannot get an RM to stay over a year. The last one lasted 6 months. They only care about money , money &money. No support from the higher ups. They lie to you to get you to work in a management position but never compensate you and then fire you when they have used you up. Please do not walk away from this place, run.
