You Should fire all your regionals and open oppurtunity up for fresh experience of all races and require all regionals to allow a hearing with owners when a decision is made to remove employees who work hard and are paid well. The company is about money and not about the mission. There are NO Smiles For Everyone. There are smiles for the top dogs and None for regular employees especially women.
Pay your traveling employees milage or at least at free tank of gas. Better health insurance. Allow DAs to move up in the company. Don't make it all about money.

Find more consistent workers. I would offer better pay to employees who have to travel. Offer more paid time off and better benefits
Hire better regional managers that did not cause issues and harassing the employees by bullying and threats
I would make it more inviting to the employees. They are all worried about the money. I get that it's a business but at the same time they need to have respect for the ones that are helping them get the money.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
