Offer REAL health insurace!!!!!
He needs more assistant in busy offices also don’t let new assistant start working the first week let them shadow learn then go from there. The whole experience of ideal was sad felt like i worked in a Medicare office not an upscale dental office. Also make sure u hire good doctors
Have employees learn dentistry and get some equipment
