The interview process at IDEXX is very outdated. Consists of a sales simulation (comical). 3hr interview. The second interview the manager will send you a territory planning scenario the night before, then you will need to work through the process and present to the manager the following day. Most likely you will talk with a second manager (phone). What I found amusing was the sales simulation. It's comical and these managers love it. Yet, none of them could sell themselves out of a wet paper bag.
