Data driven, but not enough support for teachers to deliver the expectation.
Workplace culture is bias with management caturing to various 'clicks' among the staff.
The most enjoyable part of the job are the students and parents.
What I have learned from not receiving is to be a better non-partial team manager helping staff and support staff to become the best they can be, and to provide opportunities for growth outside of the regular school PD's.
