It's a bit complicated but the answer is yes, we do pay vacation. Please see below: An employee will be eligible for vacation as follows: (A) Three (3) days vacation on January 1 following six months Full-time employment. (B) Five (5) days of vacation on January 1 following one year of full-time employment. An employee, in order to qualify for vacation pay, must work a minimum of 1660 hours per year based on 35 hour workweek; 1900 hours based on a 40 hour workweek. For the six months threshold, 830 hours worked will qualify. These hour thresholds represent a 95% attendance rate during the year.

All employees are paid biweekly

12 dollars an hour..12 hour shifts. Yes you do get over time when available.

Site leaders and hourly employees are eligible for the Synergy Supplemental plan during the first 30 days of employment. This offers reimbursement medical, dental, vision, short term, and life insurance.
