I would consider the fairness amongst all staff and keep that factor consistent. Also, I would make sure ALL rules were followed by ALL staff not just one specific shift. Lastly, I would make sure write ups were consistent. For example, if I write up employee A for being late consistently, I will also write up employee B for being late. NO FAVORITISM!

I have been going through the same B S at IHOP I have never experienced such unprofessional work environment from my other IHOP.
I work over nights all the people I work with work good with eachother good mangment always motivated and are good with decent days off highly recommend if you wanna work with restruants
How are tips managed, do you get to take your credit and debit card tips home at the end of the day or do they go to your check?
