Fun Workplace
COVID-19 Tester (Former Employee) - Manhattan, NY - September 13, 2023
Enjoyed my time there. Great Company to work for. Great Pay. Great opportunities for advancement if you are looking for progression. Hard work is noticed by employer and I appreciate that.

Bad Management
Print Room Coordinator/ Receiving Coordinator (Current Employee) - Russellville, AL - July 30, 2023
Bad management. Micro management. You are set up to fail by management. Job changes without notice. They keep adding to your responsibilities so therefore setting you up to fail. Open door policy, that is a joke. If you go to HR with an issue, it is spread to the production lines before you can return to your workplace.

When I started to present day
Master setup (Former Employee) - Russellville, AL - November 23, 2022
When I started the effort of higher ups was very poor. Now the higher ups show more effort then ever. They are on the correct path now but still have work that needs to be done.
Pros
Better trainers and good team wotk

Powder Painter (Current Employee) - Russellville, AL - August 8, 2022
I've had 1 nail and 2 screwss in my tires. They won't pay for them. Now it's gunna cost me 520.00 for tires. I'm drinking on 3 plugs. 3 different tires in 7 days. They won't clean up the parking lot. They are lazy. They want you to bust your add for them. And F-you.

Does not offer a good work/life balance. Doesn't offer a chance for advancement
Machine Operator (Former Employee) - Lawrence street - December 18, 2021
Does not reward people for hard work and learning their job. Expects employees to help others that doesn't put forth the effort to do their own job. After putting forth the extra effort to volunteer for all the overtime available and working in areas not in my assigned area, when a team lead spot came open in my area, they took a team lead from another area and gave her the job when she knew nothing of the area she was put as a team lead in.
Pros
Weekly paycheck
Cons
No chance for advancement

Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Russellville, AL - June 9, 2021
Many things could be changed about this job to keep people from quitting and pointing out , they don’t care about there workers only the fireplaces , everybody in the office is selfish an doesn’t know what’s going on just sitting under the A/C typical peasants
Pros
The lunch break is the only thing
Cons
The pay, the management, raises

Great place for starting out.
Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee) - Russellville, AL - October 13, 2020
No communication with management. Company has financial problems. Supervisor's didn't help with any on job problems. Being sick or going to the doctor was not an excuse for being out or leaving early, they would write you up for it.
Pros
Good insurance
Cons
poor management, financial issues, will not take action on an employee who is not doing his job

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee) - Alabama - December 21, 2019
Great place to work. Different job opportunites. A lot you can learn. They practice safety all the time. It is over time at times. It is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. If you like hands on this is the place.

Decent company
CNC Machine Operator (Former Employee) - Russellville, AL - September 28, 2019
If you are single and no kids or responsibilities it's a good company. I couldnt grow and excel with the company. And being a single mom working nights was not a good fit. Tried to move to days and applied for many day time positions but never given a chance..

Confusing
Production Worker (Current Employee) - Russellville, AL - March 25, 2019
There is no room for advancement at IHP. You work hard for little room to move up. Generally stressful atmosphere, fast paced and chaotic. Never know from day to day where they will put you working.
Pros

Cons
hard work, can't move up much
