Too Much Politics .. not much action

Alot of stress and pressure from top managements level, unfair treatment,no trust in middle management level, CEO prefer to do his own footwork and micro management.
Expect long hour,day and night for all worker. too much talking , no action, and when come to the deadline, management want workers to work long hours. no planing or proactive, only react when deadline hit.
Turn over rate are high for employees to stay long term, especially the one who contribute the most dedicated.
on the opposite side, the none- productive employees are enjoying their sweet time and tend to stay longer since they don't need to contribute much and get the same bonus share like everyone else.
You have to fit in the politics system in order to fit in the group or else.
Great place to work with the right management style
Unless you know how to become a politician, otherwise wont fit in the system.
