Ikea is completely inclusive. Everyone works together basically. You can't help but to interact with everyone customers and coworkers. Good hours and decent pay. Always something to do and good opportunites for cross-training.
Pros
Staff areas are so comfy. Food is cheap for coworkers.
Cons
Drama.

Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Elizabeth, NJJuly 23, 2019
It paid very well but they don't keep their words and you'll barely get the free time they said you will get. But it's not bad of a job just kiss your weekends goodbye.
