Real estate office with growth opportunities
It is a small but fast growing company. The benefits are pretty good and the people are great. The work isn’t overwhelming but there is a lot of it. Basically, do the job in a timely manner and you’ll be fine

Good place to learn but not a place to make a living.
There's a lot to do so be prepared to work hard and learn a lot. Everyone is nice but there is a revolving door. In a little over a year I saw 50% turnover. There are what they call "growing pains" but ultimately it's just not wanting to pay employees a fair hourly rate.

Great Management and communication. Employee appreciation on a regular basis. Definitely a great place to work.
The management team is very supportive and willing to teach those below them how the world of commerical real estate works. I feel fulfilled each day when I leave each day. I am supported by my manager and she always has an enthusiastic attitude. She cares deeply for her staff.

Great Experience! Fun and supportive team.
I have learnt so much and I'm only half way through! I've had the chance to experience several different departments and get a taste of what I am most interested in.
