School Bus Driver in Carol Stream, IL
on April 19, 2021
Decent place to work
Good pay, stressful at times because of the disrespectful kids. Supportive management, nice coworkers. CDL certification upon passing and completion of training and tests.
School Bus Driver in Charleston, IL
on April 26, 2021
Probably one of the more toxic work environments I have ever worked at. If the management isn’t screwing something up and lacking in communication then you have your fellow employee making work life hard. They do not pay well for the stress incurred during this job. If you want to be broke and stay broke at a young age then become a bus driver.

The Job pays Good for the Drivers, but coming back and forth to work min 4 hours guarantee aday isnt worth it. They have field trips and some school activities you can get but keep in mind that olders drivers have priority than new ones!.

Bad Leadership and undisciplined children, lots of gossip, lazy coworkers. toxic environment reminds you of an adult daycare. favoritism is all around you.
School Bus Driver in Iowa City, IA

Great company to work at, if you are looking for a part-time position this is the best place to look at, flexible hours, great management, minimum of 2h paid for your route

Why did I want to be a school bus driver. Do you know that you are responsible for every person on the bus. He asked if I understood safety procedures for example You must check the inside of the bus after dropping passengers off to macke sure there are no one sleeping on the bus.
