Be extremely aggressive if you get hired on and be very flexible. If you like fast paced environment you may like it there. If you are used to a GMP environment it will drive you nuts. I have found that there is little room for growth and advancement. A PhD does not get you much advancement here.

I was not appreciative of the last video question. Are you willing to work overtime? This just tells me that you are ready to whip me from the beginning. Judging from all the reviews here that say exactly that, I feel like Illumina has had its days in the past as a great company and now it's just like other companies trying to squeeze out that last drop of blood.
