I would close between 12 and 18 end user tickets a day. I would create new AD and email accounts for new employees.I also managed the print queue for corporate printers. I managed Outlook 360 email accounts. The most difficult part was learning How to create certain AD and email accounts on my own. The workplace was a friendly atmosphere.
