I wouldn't recommend this job unless you seek no career and want a job just to have a job if you have nothing in your line up at the time. You rarely can take off without feeling threatened you can lose your job because the lack of people to cover you and poor supervisor.
Pros
Discount on impark sites parking
Cons

Management is very good and flexible.
Workplace culture is nice.
Hardest part of the job is during holidays, stressful, lots of overtime.
Most enjoyable part of the job is being able to give a very good customer service by taking care of the guests vehicle.

Too far from my house.

DATA ENTRY CLERK (Former Employee) –  Philadelphia, PAJanuary 25, 2018
Impark does not value their employees. Management only looks out for their selves. The pay below average and refuse to give out raises but management receives bonus that they think no one knows about. The leadership their sucks. In addition, to not receiving pay increase they have no advancement for their employees. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work for this company. Unfortunately, the older employees are snakes as well they have created clicks, not welcoming at all.

Busy pace company like working there, you meet a lot of different people and there is a lot that you can learn at this job. It was a good experience and it also taught me a little more about computers.

the pay wasn't that great. you get paid every week and is very political , if you get the night shift that is the best shift. the managers are ok but this job is good if you need a job or have noting at the moment.

Fun Environment but not fair wages
Office Assistant/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIOctober 29, 2017
Working for Impark at Miller Park during the Brewer season is extremely fun. The down side is that they do not pay you based on the fact that you are out in the elements; i.e. rain, storms, cold winter weather during the beginning of the season, and blistering hot heat. We also put our lives on the line. People get upset over parking costs and will threaten you with violence and occasionally try to hit you with their cars. The wages should be higher considering all the things cashiers have to deal with.

Not a good place to work lack of managerial skills
Shuttle Bus Driver (Current Employee) –  Philadelphia, PAOctober 20, 2017
The pay is really low for a CDL driver. The management is really bad. Their only concern is to get the bus moving. They are not concerned if the bus is safe or not just drive the bus. They talk to employees like they are second class citizens. And if you try to get another position or job. You get a bad review because they don't have a replacement for you. You get penalized for taking bereavement days. Management try and tell you how to do your job. When they are not qualified to operate the vehicle. That alone tells you about the company. Non qualified management.
Pros
40 hours
Cons
Don't work for this company if you intend on going for another position somewhere else.

Sr. Operations Manager Parking (Current Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIOctober 6, 2017
The company needs to invest in infrastructure, beyond that not bad. The pay is acceptable and the ability to make work life balance real is based on your manager.
