I learned alot about people here.
Sergeant (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXAugust 9, 2014
I was in charge of up to 50 officers in this Cell phone plant. I trained them all for their posts and evaluated them on what they would be good at. We had up to 4500 employees at this building and we as Security had to make sure that everyone was playing by the rules. We had 7 Metal detectors as this building was a Metal free zone past the metal detectors. I learned how to deal with people's reactions with all scenario's. There was not a lot of supportive management. I wasn't getting paid what I was told, when I was promoted to Sargent. I really enjoyed working with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was when I had to discipline one of my Officers for not doing the right thing or not following the stated Rules. The most enjoyable part of the Job is when everyone follows the Rules at hand and everything runs like Clockwork!
Pros
A good learning experience.
Cons
Sometimes: no breaks, no days off
