Positive workplace, Good to provide a training for new worker, Good management and staff support. I'm having enjoyed working there. Some part of job it is hard when you're learning a new thing but you will get support from a team.

This is the most respectful, positive, and empowering work environment i’ve ever be employed to. Everyone has the same goal; advocating for the clients and bettering themselves. The company is growing very quickly while still maintaining the close knit environment it was founded with. There are so many opportunities for advancement, the building is riddled with words of encouragement and staff appreciation, and so many friendly faces ready to help!

Management is kind & flexible. The environment is not hostile & people are willing to help. It is a very active job. The clients are children with an autism diagnosis. A typical day is letting the children play by themselves and/or with others with intermittent learning sessions varying in time - - most no longer than 5 minutes, (some based on amount of responses during those sessions rather than a fixed time) & repeat. There are daily walks & also groups, (music, classroom, etc). They can develop their social skills by playing with others & even when they choose to play by themselves, the therapist can narrate their play so they still are getting socialization. The sessions are based upon learning targets each particular child has set by their BCBA & you'll know exactly what learning targets to do so you never have to guess. "Easy" is defined by everyone differently, but in terms of "easy" such as you don't have to be on your toes, then, no, it's not an "easy" job. In terms of knowing what is expected, that is an "easy" aspect because it is, again, sessions which you'll know what to be doing & letting the children socialize through groups and/or play.

Imprint has the opportunity to be a great place to work. But very very strict. They are not willing to give you a chance if you aren’t 100% when you start. They will fire you with no notice at all, for not really any good reasons besides what other therapists say about you.
