Shift Operations Manager (Former Employee) – California – November 13, 2018
A good first part-time job or possibly even full-time job if management is pursued. Great people, great food, in a great and clean restaurant. Only problem: while FDA and safety rules are ALWAYS observed, SOMETIMES the company rules are adhered to strictly or quite loosely depending on what level of management is present.
For example: rules are adhered to STRICTLY, and focus on quality of product becomes paramount when a regional manager/Internal auditing scorer is present.
As opposed to when quality of product suffers, as operating as QUICKLY as possible is the focus OVER QUALITY when the average/typical supervisor is present.
In reality, operations should remain the same regardless of what level of management happens to be present.
Great people, free meals, career advancement opportunities
Goals and expectations are brutally unrealistic, Inconsistent work philosophies, operational focuses and priorities become inconsistent and confusing
